Hostinger processes the data collected via the website on our behalf. When the website is accessed, technically necessary data (see server log files) is processed automatically in order to ensure delivery and security of the website.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of our online offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

When you visit our website, information transmitted by your browser is automatically stored in what are known as server log files. In particular, this comprises:
- page visited / file requested

This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in order to ensure trouble-free operation and to improve security. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
5. Cookies
Our website partly uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device and saved by your browser. They serve to make our offering functional, more secure and more user-friendly.
Technically necessary cookies are used on the basis of § 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where non-essential cookies are used (e.g. for statistics or marketing purposes), this only happens with your consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies, to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies generally, and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. 6. Contacting us (contact form, email, telephone)
If you contact us via the contact form on the website, by email or by telephone, the data you provide (e.g. your email address, your name where applicable, and the content of your enquiry) is stored by us in order to process your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
The information submitted via the contact form is additionally stored in the database of this website so that we can track and answer enquiries.
The data you send us remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent, or the purpose for storing it no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
7. Bookings via an external provider
Bookings for our apartments are handled via the external booking system of our service provider (iloca-hotel.de). We recommend reading their privacy policy before completing a booking.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in an appealing and high-performance presentation of our online offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the padlock symbol in your browser bar.
